These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the official NOVAUX website and any associated platforms. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. NOVAUX reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

3. Products
All NOVAUX items are limited releases and produced on a pre-order basis. Product descriptions, images, and details are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to the handmade and natural nature of materials.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
- NOVAUX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or stock errors.
- All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
5. Pre-Orders & Shipping
All NOVAUX products are made to order. Please allow up to 15 days of processing time before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. NOVAUX is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or external circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
8. Liability
NOVAUX is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, delays, or losses arising from the use of our website or products. We cannot be held responsible for any issues related to shipping carriers, customs, or third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, text, and content on the NOVAUX platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from NOVAUX.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
