What happens after you order

In total, the bulk process usually takes around 1 to 2 weeks before your order leaves our studio, depending on how quickly the bulk fills and production finishes.

You select your item and size on our site. The moment your payment is confirmed, your limited bulk spot is reserved.

We collect orders

Over a short window we collect all orders for that item. Based on the total demand we confirm the quantities for the bulk.

Bulk production

We place one combined production order with our partner atelier. This usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks to complete.

Arrives at our studio

As soon as the bulk arrives with us, we carry out a quality check, prepare your order and pack it for shipping.

Shipped to you

Your parcel leaves our studio and you receive a shipping email with your tracking link.

Shipping timing

Because of our bulk model, your order is not shipped the next day. Instead, it is linked to the next production batch.

  • Bulk production usually takes around 1 to 2 weeks after the order window closes.
  • As soon as we receive the bulk, we ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • You will always receive a tracking email when your parcel is on the way.

Why is my order not shipped immediately?

We do not keep large amounts of stock. Instead, we produce in small bulks based on actual orders. This keeps the collection tight and reduces waste, but it means there is a short waiting period before shipping.

When will I receive my tracking link?

You receive your tracking link as soon as your order has left our studio. This is after the bulk production has been completed and we have packed your piece.

What happens if the bulk is delayed?

If there is an unexpected delay with the bulk, we will inform you by email and keep you updated. Your reserved spot stays secure and your order will be shipped as soon as the items arrive.

Can I change my size or address?

If your order is still in the bulk phase and not yet shipped, changes are often possible. Reach out to us as quickly as possible at info@novaux.eu with your order number.
