Shipping Policy

At NOVAUX, every piece is made through pre-order — crafted, not rushed. We don’t overproduce. We create with intent.

Processing time: up to 15 days after your order is placed.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier.
Each order is shipped with care and attention to detail.

Return Policy

We want you to love your NOVAUX item — but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be declined.

How to Return

  1. Email us at novaux.offcial25@gmail.com
    → Subject: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
  3. You’ll receive detailed return instructions within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as NOVAUX cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Refunds

After receiving your return, our team will inspect the item’s condition. If approved — meaning no signs of damage or wear — we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after confirmation for your refund to appear.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your order and place a new one.
