1. When will my order arrive?
All Novaux pieces are available throughpre-order.
Once your order is placed, it’s added to our next bulk production — made with care and without overstock.
As soon as your item arrives in our warehouse, delivery takes 3–7 daysto reach your doorstep.
2. Which items are non-returnable?
Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been customized.
For hygiene reasons, accessories and socks are also non-returnable.
3. How do I know my size?
Our sweaters are designed with an oversized fit.
If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend going one size down.
Always refer to the Sizing Info tab on each product page for exact measurements.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
5. About our imagery
Some visuals on our website may include AI-generated imagery — used purely to express our brand identity and visual style.
All clothing pieces, fits, and materials are 100% real and appear exactly as shown in our product photos and campaign videos.
We use AI only as a creative tool to reflect the Novaux aesthetic, never to misrepresent our products.
